This policy outlines the terms related to the shipping, delivery, return, and refund of products purchased from DesireBeads.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.

2. Shipping

We offer shipping across India. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on your location and courier partner performance. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can monitor your order status using the tracking link provided.

4. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time, please contact us promptly. We will assist in coordinating with the courier service.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 2- 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

  • Tags, seals, or authenticity cards (if any) must be intact

  • Certain items, such as personalized, final sale, or hygiene-sensitive products, are non-returnable

To initiate a return, email Customersupport@desirebeads.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear images if the product is damaged or incorrect.

6. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the same conditions as above apply. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and you may follow the return process instead.
