By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2.   Order Processing Time

2.1  Processing Duration

All confirmed orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

2.2  Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation email or message containing the order details and unique order ID.

2.3  Delays

In rare cases, order processing or shipping may be delayed due to stock availability, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.

3.   Shipping and Delivery

3.1  Delivery Timeframe

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service availability. Remote or rural locations may take longer.

3.2  Courier Partners

DesireBeads uses reputed third-party courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and reliable delivery across India.

3.3  Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout prior to payment. Free shipping may be offered on specific promotions or order values, as mentioned on the Website.

3.4  Tracking Details

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details and a link will be shared via email or message to monitor the shipment status.

3.5  Delivery Responsibility

DesireBeads is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier partners or external factors after the order has been handed over for delivery.

4.   Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

4.1  Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of gemstone and spiritual products, returns and exchanges are accepted only

in the following cases:

 

·         Wrong item delivered

·         Damaged item received upon delivery

 

Note: For both cases above, a complete unboxing video (from package opening to product inspection) is mandatory as proof for initiating any return or exchange request.

4.2  Return Request Window

Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of product delivery by contacting us at Customersupport@desirebeads.com with their order ID, photographs, and the unboxing video.

4.3  Condition for Return

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Products that are used, damaged, or altered by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.

4.4  Return Shipping

If the return is approved, customers will receive instructions for return shipping. In most cases, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the error was on our part.

4.5  Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within

7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4.6  Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

·         Customized or personalized items (e.g., with Desire Notes or specific mantras)

·         Items purchased during sale or discount periods

·         Gift cards or promotional items


5.   International Shipping

Currently, DesireBeads ships only within India. International orders are not accepted or processed at this time.


6.   Order Cancellation

6.1  Before Dispatch

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch by contacting

6.2  After Dispatch

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. In such cases, the standard return procedure will apply after delivery.
